TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: August 2, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by SDcom FZCO ("we," "us," "Company") via ifixdump.com ("Service"). By placing an order, you ("Client") agree to these Terms in full.
1. Description of Service
We provide file-editing services for automotive control units, including but not limited to: restoration of original (factory) values in instrument cluster/odometer files after replacement of the cluster with a new or used unit; correction of data in other vehicle control units following component replacement; and removal of fault codes (e.g., airbag/SRS module errors) and unlocking of new control units that were supplied in a locked or immobilized state.
2. Restoration Only — No Fraudulent Alteration
Our service is strictly limited to restoring original, factory-correct values to a vehicle's control units, typically to correct discrepancies caused by hardware replacement. We do not provide, and will not knowingly perform, mileage rollback or any alteration intended to misrepresent a vehicle's true history, condition, or odometer reading for deceptive purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe is intended for fraudulent or unlawful use.
3. Client Representations and Responsibility
By submitting an order, the Client confirms that: they are the lawful owner of the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to request this service; the original/target values or information provided to us are accurate and correspond to the vehicle's genuine history; use of the corrected file will comply with the laws of the Client's country and jurisdiction; and they bear sole and full legal responsibility for how the service and resulting file are used. The Company accepts no liability for any unlawful use of the service by the Client, and the Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims, damages, fines, or legal proceedings arising from such use.
4. Client's Technical Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for correctly reading (extracting) the file from the vehicle's control unit and for correctly writing (flashing) the corrected file back. We only edit the data within the file provided to us; we do not perform on-site reading, writing, or installation. We are not responsible for damage to a control unit, vehicle, or third-party equipment resulting from incorrect reading, writing, or installation performed by the Client or a third party.
5. Orders and Payment
Full payment (100% prepayment) is required before we begin work on any order. Accepted payment methods will be indicated at the time of order. Prices are quoted per service/file and may vary based on complexity.
6. Delivery
Completed files are delivered electronically via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp, as further described in our Delivery Information page.
7. No Warranty on Compatibility
While we take care to deliver accurate, correctly edited files, we do not guarantee compatibility with every reading/writing tool, software version, or hardware revision, as these are outside our control.
8. Refunds
Because our service involves digital work performed on a per-order basis, refunds are considered only where we are unable to technically complete the requested correction. Refund requests should be sent to info@ifixdump.com.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant order. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of use, or legal consequences arising from the Client's use of the corrected file.
10. Confidentiality
Files and information submitted by the Client are treated as confidential and used solely to fulfil the order, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All methods, tools, and know-how used by the Company to perform the Service remain the exclusive property of the Company.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection law applicable to the Client.
